Sounds delicious. Do we grow lingonberries in Scotland?
My Burns affairs tend to be much less exciting than this one, but perhaps I should take some responsibility and actually cook next time. Usually I'm in a hall with 50 other people and we take what we're given.

no - the lingonberries seemed to make sense with Haggis. And they are pretty. I now think all Haggis ought to be served with Lingonberries.
